Room sizes could be larger for comfort!!! Poor air conditioning leads to discomfort!!! Noise from nearby roads disrupts relaxation!!! Unpleasant odors linger in common areas!!!

Nothing to complain about, we loved the place. Everything was perfect, attentive staff, stunning location very close to the Brunate funicular, Como Lago Nord train station and bus station and a water and pump exhibition in Milan. The breakfast was sensational and well presented with jam and mouth-watering filled croissants.

The golden malted waffles at breakfast? Pure bliss! Plus. And the restaurant? The food is nothing short of delicious, especially the homemade ice cream that hits the spot after a long day exploring.

Sure, the price felt a tad hefty for the tiny room and outdated bathroom. Plus, the 'lake view' was more of a peek over the kitchen.

Absolutely appalling. The walls are unbearably thin, I could hear everything from the next room, including their late-night chattering. To add insult to injury, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but was disappointingly treated like everyone else. I encountered a bathroom that was aged and nearly useless. I just couldn't endorse this disaster.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was, like, so chill! The staff was super friendly and we had this awesome view of the lake from our little balcony. Breakfast was on point too, tons of options. Oh, and we ate dinner at the restaurant every night, like, perfect food! Can't believe how close we were to everything, just a stroll away!

It is just a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations. The staff provided really good service, especially Giorgio, who made our dining experiences stand out. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the restaurant's food was quite good, particularly the breakfast options that included fresh juices and pastries.

I really loved the cozy Double Room with its charming decor and the delicious breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. The only downside was the noise from outside during the night, but I'd definitely return!
